My problem is that i have a broadband internet connection. Every time i connect to the broadband, "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." message always appear after every around 1 hour(s) and internet connection become unuseable and need to restart my computer in order to establish my broadband connection again.
When i didn't connect to the internet, my computer does not have this kind of problem, it runs normally. My system is Celeron 2.6Ghz, 512Mb RAM, 160Gb HDD, Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer v6.0.2900.

Once again i want to thanks to you. Now i've upgrade my windows to windows xp sp3 from windows xp sp2 and my problem is solved. Thanks a lot. May God help Windows Problem Solver site.

I guess you haven't received any automatic patches in a long time. This is an old error, long patched.
Check Autoupdate and let it run.

Ok, thanks a lot. That might be the reason. Actually i turn off windows automatic update since long time ago. Now, i turn on my automatic update and that might solve my problem. thanks again
